DRFT9106 - CAD for Engineers
Abstract
This course will use some of the latest 2D, 3D and scanning technologies to produce electrical drawings, line diagrams, panel and equipment layout applicable to the industrial automation industry.
ELNC9103 - PLC and HMI Design
Abstract
This course will assist you in developing and building a solid foundation with a fundamental knowledge of the ControlLogix platform of Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC's). You will be introduced to basic RSLogix5000/Studio5000 concepts and terminology and be exposed to RSLogix5000/Studio5000 system hardware. You will also be introduced to Panelview Plus and FactoryTalk View ME Studio for the purpose of developing Human Machine Interfaces (HMI).
